Saturday's Playing Out session will include the first Hurst Park Community Dog Show in aid of Resettle Chesterton. All dogs welcome! To enter, please come along with your loyal canine companion promptly at 2pm. Prizes will be awarded for rounds including the oldest and youngest dogs, best trick, youngest handler, waggiest tail, best groomed and of course the ever-popular 6-legs round for dogs that look most like their owner... The dog show has been organised by our young neighbour Margaret Doubleday, who will be judging along with her Dad. The judges' decisions are final! Entry is by donation (a minimum of £3 per pooch, please), with all proceeds going to support the Resettle Chesterton project. Please bring along some cash, and don't be shy about donating to this worthy cause even if you don't plan to enter!
