Hurst Park Estate Residents’ Association maintains a mailing list of its members for the sole purpose of disseminating information about matters of interest to the local community as set out in its Constitution and Rules.

The following data is collected by informed consent of participating residents: Name,  Street address,  Email address and Tel number(s).  Members can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time and are offered that opportunity at the end of every email newsletter.

In order to carry out electronic mailing in an efficient and effective manner, HPERA uses the services of MailChimp.com whose processes are designed to be in accordance with EU regulations on data protection (GDPR May 2018). The database is password protected and can be accessed only by the Secretary (nominated as Data Controller), Assistant Secretary and Chair-person of the Association.  It will not be sold to or shared with any other third party or organisation.
